This free online Global Health Initiative course teaches you about the COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) disease. It describes the two types of COPD, the symptoms and risk factors that are associated with the disease, COPD and how it is diagnosed or prevented. It will also teach you about how a patient can live with COPD and how family, friends and colleagues can cope with and support a person with COPD.
