Union Learning Reps across the country will be promoting Digital Skills next month as part of Get Online Week.

Get Online Week has been happening for over a decade now and has grown from a one-day campaign into a week-long, annual celebration, with thousands of events taking place each year in communities across the UK, giving everyone the chance to find the help they need to improve their digital skills.

This year Get Online Week is running from 14th – 20th October and unionlearn will be tying in with the campaign to run a digital skills week with case studies, blogs and resources being shared to highlight the important work that union learning reps do to build digital skills at work.

Unionlearn Project Officer Andy Moss said:

Union Learning Rep are planning ways to link in with Get Online Week, and unionlearn is keen to support these reps by showcasing their stories and promoting resources that will help their activities.”

Unionlearn have recently published a guide for ULRs supporting digital skills development in the workplace and the Climbing Frame website has lots of information, links and resources as well. Our website will feature union stories and blogs to inspire ideas too.”
