TUC North West & unionlearn are organising a Health and Wellbeing Conference in Liverpool this month.

The event at The Liner Hotel on Thursday 30th January will be an opportunity for union reps to gather together and hear about the work unions are doing to support members in the workplace, as well as share their own experiences.

The event has speakers covering a range of topics, including mental health support, dealing with PTSD and suicide as well as practical support in the workplace for problems employees face.

A number of speakers from Unite, PFA, FBU, ASLEF, GMB and TUC Education have already been confirmed – with more being lined up to make the day a practical and informative event focusing on actions that can support good mental health at work and give reps the tools they need to help colleagues.

The event runs from 10.00 to 15.30 and includes lunch.
